Item Description
22’8” x 42’8”. 8’ side walls. 22’7” peak height . 2- 3’6” x 6’8” doors. 2- 30” wall mounted exhaust fans. 6 -8’ fluorescent light fixtures. 100 amp electrical box. 24” stainless sink. 2-16” overhead fans. Modine gas heater. Wadsworth VC-100A vent control. Structure is galvanized pipe frame with aluminum braces. All joints are bolted. 4 of the 3” vertical posts are rusted thru at the base and need replaced. The structure is bolted to the concrete slab. Slab does not have to be removed. Additional shade cloth over the entire roof. Most plastic panels are in decent shape. Unknown condition on the fans and electrical components.
Buyer will have to sign the attached Release and Indemnity Agreement. The Buyer will have 2 weeks to tear down and remove the building. Removal days will need to be scheduled. There will be a $1,000 clean up fee charged separately. The cleanup fee will refunded once College Station ISD and SWICO Auctions approve of site.
