PLEASE READ ENTIRE DESCRIPTION BEFORE BIDDING AND DO NOT BID MORE THAN YOU CAN AFFORD TO PAY. Please. This stuff takes up a lot of space and I really need it gone. This time I will help load for free. There are ALOT of heavy boxes.
You will probably need a small uhaul or small enclosed trailer, theses boxes are old and not in the best shape.
FULL DISCLOSURE:
I have gone thru the entire auction process with this lot twice already, third times a charm. First time it went for 330 and the invoice went unpaid. While it was for sale the second time I had 2 people come view the lot and I let each of them open a few boxes. The second time the high bid was 470. This is a private sale not a lien auction for a storage facility so I have been paying rent on this unit and needed to use the space so I moved everything from the left side and the floor to the right side (as seen in the last 6 pictures) and I have some other items that are listed on swico in this same locker. THIS LOT INCLUDES ONLY 100% OF EVERYTHING IN THE FIRST 20 PICTURES AND IS CURRENTLY REPOSITIONED AS SEEN IN THE LAST 6 PICS.
This lot is the overflow from a truckload of antiques we bought in Houston a while back now. a lot of these boxes are still sealed and unchecked.
