Does not include networking equipment. The Power will be disconnected by district. All contents of the building will be removed. Buyer will be required to put a $1500 clean up deposit down. The deposit will be returned once the CSISD representative declares the site clean. The building must be removed during the time frame of May 12-May 30th.
