Item Description
13’10” x 56’ single wide home. Was used as an office building . 2 bedrooms, 1 office, 1 bathroom, 2 entry doorskitchen. Includes porch steps. Includes 1 Midea window ac unit. SN RAD1110851
Condition: Has soft spots in the floor through Out. Outside Wall in the living room area is separating from floor. HVAC was working, but there was a fix done on it so that the fan ran continuously, supposedly just needed a part to actually fix the problem. Water pipes did freeze over the winter and has caused some leaks.
Removal of this item to be scheduled with Jim Swigert after the items inside have been removed.
