Item Description
24’4” x 32’4”, 114” eave height, 158” peak height. Single room. Windows have been boarded up from the outside and window panes are broken. No HVAC system. There is electrical in it. Contents not included. Gutters on 2 sides. Condition:Fair condition. Floor is good, no roof leaks seen. Skirting is damaged. The Power will be disconnected by district. All contents of the building will be removed. Buyer will be required to put a $1500 clean up deposit down. The deposit will be returned once the CSISD representative declares the site clean. Moving can be prepared during the week, but the actual building must be removed on a weekend to no impede traffic and access to the parking lot.
