It is new, never used still wrapped in plastic inside I opened the package to take a picture. Awesome item for the LOTR's and Hobbit collector, nice piece to add to one's collection. These are getting hard to find and often sold out. Item is located in North Bryan. Outer box shows wear and tear from being stored and moved around.
