HONDA HRX217TDA Lawn Mower. This mower needs several repairs. The mower engine usually starts on the first pull, it does not smoke, and it runs ok. 1. The self-propelled system does not work properly. 2. The front wheel brackets are worn. 3. The bag/mulch lever does not close/open the chute. 4. Mower will need a complete tune up (spark plug, air filter, oil change).
