BIG Antique F. DICK Butcher/Chef's High Carbon Steel Meat Cleaver Knife In Very Good Condition. No. 84, 9, 3 X 26. Made in Germany. This huge meat cleaver weighs 2 lbs. 10 oz., or 42 oz. total. It is 16” long. The High Carbon blade is 9” long X 4” high. The wood handle is 7” long X 1 1/8” wide. The blade is sharp. It will make quick work out of any meat processing job. This rare meat cleaver is very hard to find in this condition and it is very old.
