Item Description
2013 building, 4’ entrance door, skid mounted, interior partially finished out, floor and walls, ceiling not finished but wired for ceiling fan in addition to the two lights. Walls have R30 insulation, and Sheetrock, wired for 10 electrical outlets about every 4’. Vinyl tile self stick flooring, some have come loose but replacements are included. Light switches for exterior lights(not working) and interior lights, all furniture has been removed.
Unit is 126” tall from ground to peak. Wood ramp at entrance is included in the sale along with all concrete blocks.
Buyer is responsible for all moving costs including any required permits. Bidders can call Mason at 512-718-5978 who is able to move this unit.
Unit MUST be removed by September 15, 2021!
