The house is being auctioned AS-IS and is for the house on piers and attached garage on slab, screen porch on slab and includes the air condenser unit. The winning bidder will be responsible for any and all costs associated with the moving of the house. House MUST BE removed before February 1, 2026! The house was found to have asbestos in some of the building materials. An asbestos report for the house can be made available upon request. The winning bidder will be responsible for any asbestos abatement that might be necessary. NOTE: A cleanup deposit in the amount of $1000.00 will be collected by SWICO Auctions before removal can begin and returned to the buyer once District personnel approve the site as cleared.
